A Fashonista's Dreamworld

Hey Dreamers,

My interest in internet blogging began during a search on the web for some fashion tips. I love flipping through fashion magazines to "Oooh" & "Ahhh" over the latest fashion spreads. But, even more than that,  I love looking at the everyday Jane Doe with superb fashion style. So as I searched for fashion sites and more inspiration for my wardrobe, I stumbled upon my two favorite sites: Polyvore and Chictopia !

Polyvore is a place where you can "Express your style" (as the site declares). On this site you can create your own looks by Mixing & Matching some of your favorite items! You can find your inner Fashionista (or Fashionisto!) and create a spread similar to those you can find in a magaizne! Go ahead, I invite you to see what it's about. Here you can search for some Jeans from your favorite brand, pair that up with a fancy shirt, some platform heels (that you wish you could afford) and the prettiest accessories that you can find...then Voila
...and if you don't feel like designing your own masterpiece, you can observe what others are creating! I like to start my day off browsing through the site to get inspiration on my look for the day. (^_^)

CHICtopia has truly answered my prayers. This site has named itself "The people's fashion destination." What more could I have asked for? Here, people from all over the world, with a self-declared sense of style, share their favorite outfits for all to see. Here, each member has their own page or "blog", with real pictures of themselves modelling amazing outfits! And to top it all off, they let you know where they got it from so you can find them too.

Welcome to A Fashionista's Dreamworld, Enjoy!

Daddy's Home...& Raymond v. Raymond is in Stores

Hey Dreamers!
I, personally, am looking forward to this new album! Hoping that this one will be much better than the last (which didn't catch my interest very much), I plan on taking a listen to what Mr. Raymond has to offer! Meanwhile, check out his latest video for his single, "Daddy's Home."

Many Moons - Janelle Monae

The Uncut version of the short film Directed by Alan Ferguson and The Wondaland Arts Society, "Many Moons."
This Dreamer is extremely creative. If you haven't heard her music yet, you're definitely in for a treat!
